All children must wear socks at all times while using the play facilities. Please note that we are a cashless venue and only card payments are accepted.

To help avoid queues and secure your preferred session time, we strongly recommend booking your play session online before your visit. Sessions can fill up quickly, particularly during weekends and school holidays, and pre-booking helps us manage capacity safely and avoid disappointment for both children and parents.

Booking online will also notify you of any scheduled private hire events, during which the venue may be closed to the public. Please note that our opening and closing times may vary during quieter periods.
