For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, we kindly ask that the following rules are observed during your visit to Kiddiewinks Soft Play.
- The Kiddiewinks team supervise the play equipment and are on hand to help maximise your child’s enjoyment. However, they are not a replacement for parental or guardian supervision. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour, safety and wellbeing of the children in their care at all times.
- While every effort has been made to ensure the play centre is as safe as possible, Kiddiewinks cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur whilst children are using the equipment.
- Fighting, bullying, abusive behaviour or inappropriate language will not be tolerated. Any individuals involved may be asked to leave the premises.
- Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area. Nappy changing and the use of potties must take place in the designated toilet facilities within the main shopping centre. Please dispose of nappies responsibly using the bins provided.
- No food, drinks, chewing gum or glassware are permitted on the play equipment. Only food and drinks purchased from the Kiddiewinks Kitchen may be consumed during your play session or party booking.
- Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults entering the play frame.
- Please remove jewellery, badges and any sharp objects before entering the play area.
- The play equipment is intended for children under 4ft 10in (148cm) in height. Children exceeding this height may only play at the discretion of management and must be aged 8 years or under.
- Children who are unwell should not use the play facilities.
- Kiddiewinks accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. Items left unattended are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
- During busy periods, play sessions may be limited to a maximum of two hours.
- Abuse or rudeness towards any member of the Kiddiewinks team will not be tolerated and may result in visitors being asked to leave.
- At closing time, guests are asked to leave promptly to allow our team to clean and secure the premises safely.
- For insurance and safety reasons, individuals aged 9–17 years are not permitted to enter the play frame.
